Just a Little About Me
You'll never hear me say that I've lived and breathed art and design all my life, because that's not how I came to designing web sites. The art world and I had very little to do with each other until I started building web sites. I began designing sites when I designed my first one for a group of which I was a member. After that, I was hooked on building websites. I'm self-taught, which means I've probably spent more money on books than I've earned building sites - okay, not that bad, but I've bought a lot of books and spent countless hours going through tutorials.
What I Want for My Customers
When I started pricing web sites, I saw that there was an incredible variety of pricing structures. Some companies were obviously taking advantage of the esoteric nature of designing and building sites and charging outrageous money for a minimal site. I'm motivated to offer my customers an excellent site for a reasonable cost. Not cheap, but reasonable and of good value.
I want you to be happy - heck, ecstatic about your site! I'll speak with you (or email you) at length to answer any questions that you have about the cost and design process so that you're confident that your getting exactly what you want.

What I'm Not
I'm not a "firm" or an "agency". I'm just one guy building sites. When you need questions answered or you want changes made, I'm the one you get. I won't use jargon or "geek speak" with you (unless that's your thing), and you'll get plain, clear answers.
I'm not a graphic designer. Nope, no art schools here, though I do have a graphic designer available if you have some raging illustration requirements. Even so, I believe my sites are aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps you'll agree.
I'm not a programmer. Stay with me; there are tons of functions, services, and scripts available for use by any web site. Some are even free or available for a small cost. And they are built by real programmers. I can give your site a lot of usability by using these services. And really, if you don't need proprietary programming, why go through the expense of buying a custom solution?
